I am a tech enthusiast, and I did not leave a chance to showcase this hobby of mine to my leads. Due to this I was given the opportunity to develop POCs/frameworks which were more like Accenture Assets. These solutions were built to automate the manual efforts put in by the team. This opportunity helped me gain good exposure and showcased my technology innovation capabilities to a larger audience.

Accenture provides opportunity to learn and get skilled in technologies including the emerging ones. There are trainings organized every month which can be leveraged to get certified. Accenture has a good inclusive & collaborative environment which includes celebrating festivals together, attending team outing & bonding events these events help in knowing the people you work with and as well give yourself a sweet break.

I started off my journey as an Automation Tester and I am currently working as a Python Developer, Accenture has helped me in exposing myself to multiple domains that has helped me in gaining perspectives from all ends.

The evident advice I have received and which I will pass on is 'Never say no to any opportunity that comes your way', this can be aligned to your skills or not, but once you see your palms sweat or your mind being occupied with some task - consider that you’re growing.

It has been almost 1 year 10 months I have been working as a Java developer. Upon clearing the necessary assessments, we have been through 6 months of training as a fresher where I have been trained on Java enterprise edition and I have been awarded as a Merit Holder from my batch. We have got hands on experiences during the training and also got enrolled in my first project alongside. Currently I'm working as a Full Stack developer where I'm working with technologies like Java Spring Boot, Angular and AWS technologies for our client. I have continued my learning journey, where I have chosen AI & ML. I have also got an opportunity to avail the fast-track promotion within completion of my 1 year in Accenture, which was indeed an important milestone of my career.

In my tenure in Accenture I have learnt a lot and also applied the knowledge in client deliverables which made valuable progress for our team and project.

Currently I'm focused on continuous improvement and upskilling myself along with valuable client deliverables. Also I'm going through AWS Certified Developer - Associate program to get AWS certificate. I wish to continue my learning journey ahead. There are ample of opportunities in this organization to learn and shine in your preferred domain.
